Yesterday we went to Wimbledon Park. It takes about 15minutes to walk to from home, and it’s just a fantastic park.
They have 20 tennis courts (of course this is Wimbledon), golf, 2 play areas, café, watersports centre, paddling pool, bowling green, football pitches, athletics tracks, gardens, lakes and a huge pond were there are ducks, gooses and swans, and the kids just love to feed them!
I didn’t take enough pictures, but as summer is closing in we will spend more and more time there and then I will defiantly post more pictures!

After that we went to the neighbour’s house for a coffee, she has two adorable children, a boy and a girl that attends the same school as mine dose. She is just a fantastic mother with energy I wish I had!
Today on the other hand the weather is bad so we will say indoors and do some crafts probably…

ReplyDeleteI always watch Wimbledon on tv here!!!! I was /am a tennis player!!! When I can get someone to go play with me!!!! I played in a ladies league for a few years and loved it!! What a great park to take the kiddos to!!!!
It sure is green there!!!
